How do I back up my chat history?

To back up your chat history:
1. Open WhatsApp > Tap More options in the bottom right
2. Go to Settings > Chats > Chat backup
3. Tap "BACK UP" to start backing up to Google Drive or iCloud
You can also set automatic backup frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly

How do I enable two-step verification?

Steps to enable two-step verification:
1. Open WhatsApp > Tap More options in the bottom right
2. Go to Settings > Account > Two-step verification
3. Tap "Enable"
4. Set a 6-digit PIN and confirm
5. Provide an email address (optional)
We recommend enabling two-step verification to enhance account security.

How do I create a group?

To create a group:
1. Open WhatsApp > Tap the new chat icon in the top right
2. Select "New Group"
3. Select at least one contact, then tap Next
4. Enter a group name (up to 25 characters)
5. Tap Create
New groups can add up to 256 members. You can add or remove members at any time.

Why am I not receiving the verification code?

Possible reasons for not receiving the verification code:
• Incorrect phone number entered
• Network connection issues
• SMS being blocked or filtered
• Too many requests

Solutions:
1. Ensure you entered the correct phone number and country code
2. Check your mobile signal or switch to Wi-Fi
3. Check your SMS spam folder or block list
4. Wait 24 hours before trying again or use the voice verification option

How do I block a contact?

Steps to block a contact:
1. Open the chat with the contact you want to block
2. Tap the contact's name at the top
3. Scroll down and select "Block contact"
4. Confirm blocking

After blocking, the contact will not be able to send you messages, call you, or see your "last seen" status. You can manage your block list in Settings > Account > Privacy > Blocked contacts.
